We offer refunds and exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind.

Al experience. When making a purchase with us, you accept the following terms regarding  returns, refunds and problems with the product.

1. Returns and refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for purchased items, except in cases where the product is defective or lost during shipping. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damages and problems

If your item arrives damaged or defective, communicate with us within 7 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will inform you of the situation and offer a refund or return at our discretion.

3. Non-returnable items

All sales are final. Products that cannot be returned for the reasons mentioned above will not be refundable.

4. Lost packages

In the unlikely event that a package is lost during shipping, please provide your order number. We will investigate with the transport company and, if confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.

5. Refunds

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed through Wise, our official payment method. The refund will take between 7 and 10 business days to appear in your account.
